To Register out of Province Vehicles, You Must

1: Request for Inspection

To request for an inspection, you will need to bring the following documents into our office:

  • Identification
  • Customs form (if out of country)
  • Title/Previous registration/ Bill of sale (proof of ownership)

2: Register

Once you have completed step 1, then you need to provide the next set of documents to complete step 2. The list of documents include:

  • Alberta Insurance for those named on the policy of the registered owners
  • Identification
  • Proof of ownership
  • A mechanical inspection form
  • Customs form (if out of country)
  • Authorization form
